Coaches from Jump Start Sports will run this instructional and recreational basketball program for children in preschool and Kindergarten (MUST BE 4). Players are taught the basics of dribbling, passing, shooting, positioning, defense, and rebounding, and then apply what they have learned in fun, non-competitive games. Parents are welcome to assist in the coaching, but classes will be run by Jump Start Sports instructors. Players will be assigned to teams and each session will include a game as well the instruction.
When: Saturdays, 1pm - 2pm or 2pm - 3pm (Teams receive a schedule that includes both time periods)
Fee: $70 ($64.99 Online Registration Discount Rate)
The program has been helpful in his personal growth (listening and taking direction, while dribbling up and down the field) The body control component is new to him and extremely helpful....
