One of my favorite part of working for Jump Start Sports is seeing the progression the kids make. Seeing them get better at the skills you have taught them is a very rewarding experience. I love seeing kids come back each season because that means they love it! Which also means I get to see even more progression with them. Hopefully when they get older they will remember playing these sports and the skills I've taught them and use them to teach and coach.
