Jump Start Sports Refund Policy
Prior to the Start of the Program
For programs cancelled by Jump Start Sports for insufficient enrollment or any other reason, a full refund (including registration and credit card fees) will be given to the customer. The customer may instead elect to be transferred to another comparable program or receive full credit for a future program.
A customer may choose to cancel a registration for any reason up to 10 days prior to the start of the program. There is a $10 cancellation fee in addition to the credit card or PayPal fees which are non-refundable. Within 10 days of the start of a program, the customer may not receive a refund, but they may transfer the registration to a comparable program or receive a full credit to use at any time when registering for any other program (does not have to be the same child).
If you are wishing to cancel camp registration, there will be a $10 cancellation fee per week of camp you are cancelling.
After the Program Has Started
Once a class has started, refunds will not be granted under any circumstance. Customers requesting to withdraw their child from a program may receive a partial credit toward future programs if that credit is approved by the Area Manager. The Area Manager will also determine the amount of the credit to be extended. The maximum credit granted after a class has started is 50% of the program fee.
Note: Refunds should appear on your account within 10 - 14 business days.
