Rick Hart founded Jump Start Sports with the mission to inspire and empower young athletes to achieve their full potential in life through participation in sports. A former college athlete with years of expertise in sports coaching and business leadership, Rick oversees a company dedicated to providing inclusive, safe, and well-organized sports experiences and encouraging children to explore a wide variety of sports.
A University of Pennsylvania graduate and father of three adult children, Rick has spent his life around sports. He volunteered for many years as a Big Brother in Big Brothers Big Sisters and is very involved in his community as well as state and local youth sports initiatives. Rick lives in Hudson, Ohio with his wife, Lori.
