Aron and Ally Olaffoster bring a shared passion for sports, education, and community to Jump Start Sports Heart of Ohio.
Aron has been involved in sports his entire life, both as a player and a coach, with experience coaching high school golf and bowling and middle school lacrosse. A Kent State University graduate with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, he currently teaches 5th grade in Akron - a background that naturally led him to invest in a franchise where he could combine his love of education and sports.
Ally works as a Business Officer at Kent State and is pursuing a degree in General Business. Having played sports most of her life, she understands firsthand the lessons youth sports teach, which drew her to co-own Jump Start Sports Heart of Ohio and blend her love of athletics with her entrepreneurial spirit.
Together, Aron and Ally focus on more than just sports - they help young athletes grow socially, emotionally, and personally, both on and off the field, in a supportive and encouraging environment.
